Hi, I’m Kayla.
All types of trauma and secondary trauma including childhood trauma, sexual assault, on the job trauma, loss, bullying, abusive relationships and many more can keeps us stuck unless we heal from them. Things happen that shape who we are as human beings. While we can’t change what happened, we can overcome it. We all deserve to live a life of fulfillment.
I chose the name ‘WoodFire Counseling’ as a fellow Wisconsinite to resemble the importance of feeling safe and secure in your healing process. Together we will create a safe space to explore past experiences and patterns that are limiting you on your journey to happiness.
